Return & Refund Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with our product. If you are not completely happy with our product you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return:

To start a return, please contact us by email at ipcusaorders@gmail.com with your full name, our invoice number and date, and reason for the return. We would confirm your return by email and we would provide instructions for the return. Please do not send products back without first requesting a return and our confirmation.

Shipping Costs and Fees:

All returns related shipping costs or fees are the responsibility of the customer and not of IPC Corp USA or IPC GmbH Germany.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
